Electric control valves are indispensable central air conditioning end fittings in the ventilation, air conditioning, and air purification engineering of industrial and civil buildings. They are generally used in air conditioning and ventilation system pipelines to regulate the air volume of branch pipes, and can also be used for mixed regulation of fresh air and return air.

structural style

The air valve is composed of a valve frame, blades, shafts, bearings, connecting rods, and actuators.

The air valve is made of galvanized steel plate, rolled and formed by a dedicated cold bending machine, and welded together. The welded joints are coated with epoxy resin anti-corrosion paint. The blades are made of double-layer 1mm thick high-quality galvanized steel plate by rolling on a dedicated cold bending forming machine.

Installation method

The air volume control valve can be installed in a horizontal or vertical plane without changing its performance. The air valve can also be installed in the middle, end, or embedded in the wall of the air duct. The air valve can be installed horizontally or vertically, and when installed vertically, the blades are parallel to the ground.

The size of the opening or air duct should be consistent with the inner opening of the air valve.

The air valve actuator should be installed on the side that is convenient for maintenance and testing.

After the installation of the air valve, the blade should be manually rotated with no load to observe whether it operates normally, and then powered on for use.
